What does the price include? The price includes the custom made dress as well as the postage by express (EMS) Delivery. Shawl, veil or glove is not included. but if you ordered a dress from us, you just need pay US$20 to get a veil and a glove.
Free EMS/TNT Shipping is to USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, U.K., France and so on...... Other country, Such as Brazil, Turkey and other South Africa Country, Mid Asia Country need be charged extra US$30 shipping fee.

What happens if there is a problem with the dress ? All our merchandise is inspected before we ship to you. Each and every garment goes through a 25 Point Inspection Process. However, should you discover a problem, simply contact us and the necessary steps will be taken to make it right for you. Can you send me a catalog ? In short, no. We are a retailer and do not make these dresses. If we put out our own catalog, it would raise our prices... and our goal is to give you the best product at the best price. The pictures on our website are ALL the pictures available that are provided by the manufacturer.

Can I make the dress from my own pattern? If you have the pattern of a particular dress that you would like to have made, please contact us (msn or email, skype), again, you will need to supply us with your exact measurements and specify the color that you would like the dress to be made in. We will request that you send the pattern to us in the post and after assessing the amount of work involved and the material that is required, we would then be able to give you a quote.

Can I order fabric? We accept fabric orders in additional to a dress order. Most designers offer their fabric at an additional fee per yard. The minimum amount to order is 1 yard after, which you may order full yards. To place a fabric order, please contact a Customer Service representative for pricing and order instructions.
Please be aware that fabric orders are not cut at the same time as the dress order and may be cut from a different bolt of material, which can result in dye lot variation.

How to measure for your size? It is very important that proper measurements be taken before a gown is ordered. Start by carefully taking your measurements using our friendly size guide. For standard size, on average you will need to go up 1 or 2 sizes than what you normally where in sportswear or street clothes. Bridal gowns are meant to have a close fit to the body so they tend to be cut smaller than sportswear.
To measure yourself, you must be dressed in only a good fitting bra and underwear. To measure you bust, take the measuring tape around your back at bust level and over your nipples without pulling too tight or leaving too much slack. Do the same at your waist going over your belly button. To properly measure your hip, go around the fullest part of your buttocks, about 7-9 inches below your belly button. Compare these measurements to our size chart and you should have a good fit.
